Let's understand the footwear manufacturing process from beginning to end. There are multiple steps taken, which are as follows;

Information Gathering
This process includes gathering the information or product requirements for premium footwear design. We gather information such as design, structure, and patterns. Once all the necessary information is collected, the design process framework is created. It helps us understand the design and its positioning. -
Raw Material Inventory
In this stage, all the materials are sorted and prepared, including the type of fabric that is to be used, metals, insoles, etc. The team at Shop Tribe inspects the quality of every single item before it is sent ahead to the next process. -
Cutting
Once all the required materials are sorted and verified, they are taken to cutting. At Shop Tribe, cutting is done by an automated machine or on an old-school manual process. In this process, all the pieces are cut as per the pattern or design. -
Sampling & Designing
The sampling process includes designing the footwear as per the design. The material for the footwear is sourced after the development starts. Once the sample is ready, the design is checked for quality. We at Shop Tribe put all our expertise into the design so that the final product is efficient and comfortable to wear. -
Shoe Development
At this stage, shoe-making begins in the development facility. In this process, the design team delivers the technical file containing all the details for the footwear development. The design travels from it being a sketch to an actual shoe standard that is a 2-D spread of the shape. The 2D drawing is then turned into a three-dimensional product. -
Production
Once the footwear samples are approved, the final order is placed and the manufacturing process begins. Our team of craftsmen put up all their passion and energy into transforming the raw materials into the best design. Our highly skilled team has experience in the footwear industry, spanning years. Every piece of footwear is designed under the supervision and no stone is left unturned. -
Supply
Once the footwear is ready, they are sent to the packaging unit to be packed with utmost safety. A final quality check is done before the final product is shipped. Every piece of footwear goes through a thorough quality check by our team before final packaging.
For exports, standard international procedures are followed.
